If you’re considering Twilert i think that its definitely an app that your company would benefit from using. I say that because it really gives you a real time look into what other users and product users for your company, how they feel about your app and your service.

What business problems are you trying to solve with Twilert?

Twilert is pretty much an app that notifies you when your company or Twitter handle is being used on Twitter and being mentioned by others in a real-time aspect.

And what we’re using it for is pretty much to understand what times our handle is being addressed and by which users are using it during certain specific times.

It kind of gives us a real time notification just so we’re not lagging behind when our handle is being mentioned.

 

What do you like best about Twilert?

So what I like best about Twilert is that not only does it give you a real time notification when a certain user or twitter profile mentions you, but also lets you kind of “stalk” their profile, understand what kind of consumer it is, what kind of user it is, what they’re saying about your company.

..it lets you really get to them and notify them, and address their issues quickly.

And it kind of gives you and indication of what they’re feeling and if they’re happy with your product or your company, or if they’re kind of upset with it.

And it lets you really get to them and notify them, and address their issues quickly.

So it’s one of the biggest things that I think Twilert is doing well. It kind of gives you an immediate aspect of connection to the consumer that not a lot of other apps really get to you.

 

They [other apps] have kind of have a delay to the process. But Twilert is really good at making it really quick and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Twilert?

It’s really good for current tweets and real-time tweets that are happening now.

So what I dislike about Twilert is one thing specifically: when you’re using the app, the user interface isn’t as fluid as I’d like it to be.

And I say this because there’s a lot of tweets in the mentions when you’re using the app. It’s kind of hard to find older tweets without having to continuously scroll back on the app to find where you were mentioned a month or two months ago.

It’s really good for current tweets and real-time tweets that are happening now.

I think that adding search bar could make the app potentially make the app a lot more easier to use for people and make it a lot more fluid of a tool for users to have.

Right now I think that’s the only thing that I maybe would want to change that I dislike about the app itself.

 

What recommendations do you have for others considering Twilert?

If you’re considering Twilert i think that its definitely an app that your company would benefit from using. I say that because it really gives you a real time look into what other users and product users for your company, how they feel about your app and your service.

And it kinda gives you the opportunity to really resolve some of the problems your users are facing and understand what your consumers are feeling about your app without really having to go through any other type of process.

It really gives you a deep dive into twitter – what people are feeling , what people aren’t.

And maybe gives you the opportunity to address the situations.

I think it’s really good tool for companies that really care about their brand image and care about keeping good customer relations with their fanbase or user base.
